Continuing my growth as a leader.

        After I graduate I plan on continuing growing as a leader and to strive for new goals as a leader. I have applied for a summer job as a camp leader. I plan on applying my leadership goals that I have learnt through this course to help me as a camp leader. The career path that I have chosen for my self is a preschool teacher. To me a preschool teacher is another form as a leader. They teach kids the right and the wrong, they help shape their life and they give them the foundation skills of life. By being a preschool teacher I plan on always being a leader.My first aid will run out in three years and I plan on re-newing it when ever it expires so I have the knowledge and skills to help some one injured when needed. I make it one of my goals in life to help others when they are down and can not help their self and I am going to continue that goal for the rest of my life.To me, you never stop growing as a leader. When you find your self in new scenarios and in new problems that you have not dealt with yet you will have to grow as a leader and branch out your thinking more to find out what the best thing to do it. I also think that leaders learn from working and watching other leaders. I think I am a leader but I look forward to growing into a better, smarter and stronger leader as I grow up.
